The Costa Rica Experience: Surf, Sun & Fun at School of the World
The sunlight peaks through the windows, the birds start chirping, and you wake up refreshed and ready to start the day. While heading to the kitchen to grab some coffee you are greeted with warm smiles and a “buenos dias!” Maria is cooking breakfast for the staff (it smells delicious), and a few people are gathered around having coffee or studying for Spanish class. What a great start to a fun day of surfing and learning in paradise!

Our specific schedule changes week to week depending on our students, however, all classes take place Monday – Friday. You can combine up to three programs depending on how active you’d like to be during the week. Weekends are yours to do what you like! It is a great time to explore the area, travel independently, go to the local surf competition, zipline, or just relax by the pool. Surf is the most popular program to combine with others, and no matter which you choose, we will always set the schedule so that you have as much fun and learning as possible.
